Place the food on the food carriage. Afterwards, put the food pusher onto the food guide handle and adjust it until it holds the food in place firmly.
Turn the thickness knob to desired slice thickness.
Set the on/off switch to I (on position) to switch on the appliance. The blade starts running.
Never slice frozen foods/ meat with bones/ food in wrappers such as aluminum foil or plastic film.
Always use the food pusher in place.
Donโt operate the appliance continuously for more than 7 minutes.
