How to perform daily cleaning and maintenance?
Disassemble and clean the pump every 2 weeks. Use scissors/tweezers to remove the rotor, then brush it thoroughly. Replace the filter and sponge, and refresh the water in the fountain.
What should I do if I find that the water is running low or not coming out?
Check that the impeller is clean, the tank has enough water, and the outlet is properly aligned and installed.
Are there any cleaning recommendations before first time use?
To ensure better use, we recommend that you rinse thoroughly with boiled water before first time use.
What is the on/off button on the power cord for?
This button only serves to turn the blue light on/off.
